2020 Show Dates:  March 27, 28 & 29

Time flies when you’re having fun. If you are having as much fun Living the Alaska Dream as we are, you know that March will be here before you know it. Register early to reserve you vendor space at the 2020 show.  March 2020 will be the 15th year for the Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show, to be held on the weekend of March 27th, 28th, and 29th.  It’s never too early to plan ahead, and NOW is the time to register for your space at the show.

 

The 2020 Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show will be bigger, better, and bolder than ever!  As usual, the show will be held at the Curtis D. Menard Center in Wasilla.  We hope you plan to be a part of the show!

 

  • 8' x 10' Booth space is only $395.
  • Increased marketing, promotion, and social media campaigns to boost show attendance.
  • Anticipate 10,000 show visitors.
  • There are bulk display areas for large items like boats, campers, RVs, ATVs and other Alaska toys.
  • There is a break room exclusively available for you and your staff with complimentary coffee and snacks.
  • Display space is also available in the front parking lot areas.
  • Vendor appreciation buffet dinner and open bar on Saturday evening from 6:15 to 7:30.

Consider the benefits of being a vendor at the Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show.  Over the course of three days, you will have literally thousands of potential customers walking past your booth.  We are anticipating 10,000 attendees, with a larger show, increased advertising, and a new social media marketing campaign!  We’re also excited to be adding outdoor food trucks as an additional enticement to welcome more visitors.

 

Folks come to the show because they want to find out how to get the most out of their Alaska outdoor experience.  They want to know how your product or service can help them fulfill their Alaska dreams.  These are real people, and they’re not on the other side of a phone, a keyboard, a mailbox, or the radio.  They are right there in front of you.  Thousands of them.  In person.  They’re ready to learn and buy, and you have what they want.  In our competitive world, this is simply the best bang-for-the-buck targeted marketing and exposure that you can get, and display space is amazingly affordable!  Also, as you may know, we are adding over a hundred new booths on the turf field side of the Menard center, so there are plenty of opportunities for other great booth locations.

Radio advertisements for the Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show will begin running in mid-January.  The ads will run on KFAT 92.9, BOB 92.1 FM, THE MOOSE 96.3, Q99.7 Valley Radio, CLASSIC HITS 102.1, and 700 KBYR

 

These first two spots (Click on Play buttons below to listen) are intended to help help encourage new vendors to exhibit at the show.

 

In February and March, we will begin playing a new set of ads to attract show visitors.  We'll ad links when they are available.

 

Download and return the 2020 Registration Form to register for your booth or display area. To choose booth location, check the Booth Detail links to confirm which booths are available.  Outside space is available as well –contact us for details.  Rest assured that we will work with you to find the best possible location for your booth or display!

 

Electricity is not provided to your booth unless requested.  If you need electric service, tables, or chairs, please download the Electricity and Decorator Form and contact Rowan Pacific Rim Decorators for hookup.

 

Review the Special Events Business Information to confirm that your booth is in compliance with the City of Wasilla licensing requirements.

 

If you will have any type of motor vehicle on display, pay particular attention to the Vehicle Display Rules.

 

Seminar Rooms are available, and we encourage exhibitors to provide a public class or two on your topic of expertise.  The rooms, including LCD projectors, are booked in one-hour blocks.
